2 cans tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 red onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 celery stalks, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
