Ingredients
Step-by-Step
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the minced garlic and chopped Thai chili to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice, until the rice is heated through and the flavors are combined.
Return the cooked beef to the wok and stir to combine. Add the sliced kaffir lime leaves and green onions, and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve the Thai Chili Beef and Broccoli Fried Rice hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
