4 large bell peppers, tops cut and seeds removed
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
