Ingredients
Step-by-Step
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. Remove the broccoli from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add another 1 tablespoon of oil and the sliced beef. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add the cooked ramen noodles, broccoli, soy sauce, and tamarind paste to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through and the sauce is well combined.
Remove the fried noodle mixture from the heat and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
