In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned on the edges but still slightly pink in the center. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat another 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the chopped broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and tamarind paste to the skillet. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
