Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then top with half of the ground beef. Repeat the layers of noodles, ricotta, and ground beef. Top with the remaining 4 lasagna noodles and the remaining tomato sauce.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
