Step-by-Step
Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the cherry tomatoes and spinach until tender.
