In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and tamarind paste. Set aside.
Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove the broccoli from the wok and set aside.
Add another 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the beef is no longer pink.
Add the cooked ramen noodles and the soy-tamarind sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Return the broccoli to the wok and toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the stir-fry from the heat and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
