In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, ground beef, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken and beef for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
Warm the pita bread on the grill or in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly toasted.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make a simple dressing.
