Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Toss the sliced capsicum with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill the capsicum for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender. Remove from the grill and set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the soba noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 4-6 minutes, until al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking.
In the same pot, bring the water back to a boil. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked soba noodles, grilled capsicum, and steamed green beans. Add the miso paste and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
