22 bell peppers, sliced
11 broccoli head, cut in florets
11 onion, sliced
3cloves3 cloves garlic, minced
1tbsp1 tbsp ginger, minced
3tbsp3 tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp1 tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp1 tsp cornstarch
2tbsp2 tbsp vegetable oil
1tsp1 tsp sesame oil

Step-by-Step

Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Heat wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry beef until browned, about 2 minutes. Remove.

Add remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds.

Return beef to pan with remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce.
