Step-by-Step
Marinate sliced beef in 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Heat wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, then broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Return beef to pan and add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, broth, and brown sugar.
Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
Serve over steamed rice.
