In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add the cooked ramen noodles and the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and slightly crispy.
Add the cooked broccoli and the reserved beef back to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
