2tbsp2 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp1 tbsp cornstarch
1tsp1 tsp sesame oil
3cloves3 cloves garlic, minced
1tbsp1 tbsp ginger, minced
2tbsp2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2cup1/2 cup beef broth

Step-by-Step

Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water 2 minutes, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in wok over high heat.
