In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
Warm the pita bread according to package instructions, or in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
To assemble the gyro wraps, place a warm pita bread on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the tzatziki sauce down the center of the pita. Top with the cooked ground beef, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, and any additional desired vegetables.
Fold the sides of the pita over the filling, then roll it up tightly to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining pita bread and fillings.
