In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.

Warm the pita bread according to package instructions, or in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
